Choose one recurring task that takes time and has a clear outcome. A customer-call brief or first proposal draft is a better starting point than “use more AI.”

Name the approved tool, the information people can include, and what a human must check before the result is used.

Write down the method.
Capture the context, steps, and quality checks. Have a teammate try the instructions without the original author beside them.

Review what changed.
Ask whether the task became easier, whether the output was useful, and where people got stuck. Refine the workflow before sharing it more widely.
