Do I need to be technical to take a trail?

Is my data private?
Yes. Your prompts and AI responses are exportable, deletable, and visible only to you. Joring never shows individual prompts to your employer, your teammates, or other users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings. Choose end-of-period (you keep Pro until the period ends) or immediate. Your trail progress stays in your account so you can resume later, and your AI Context Memory remains yours to export.
